Your order will be processed within 1-2 working day after it has been placed. After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email including pricing and purchase details. In this email you will find your order number, save this for quick customer service if you should have any problems with your order.

International orders (Duties and Taxes not included)
Standard Service: it could take from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the destination (prices vary) It also depends on the time the local customs takes to clear the package. If your local customs takes longer, your package will take longer to arrive.
Expedited Service: 2 - 5 business days (prices vary)

Please note that during final sales and the holiday season (November/December) delivery times can be longer than usual.
Shipping Outside of North America
All orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States are done so using DHL. Because the shipments pass through customs, they are subject to customs duties, taxes, and administrative fees. In most cases, a bill with duties will accompany your order and be payable upon receipt, or will be sent via mail. The receiver is responsible for all taxes and duties applied to the order. Note that we are not able to predict or give estimates for these fees and taxes. We suggest contacting the customs office directly if you are worried or would like more concrete answers.
If the package is rejected by the buyer because of the duties and customs charges, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping and return postage to receive a refund. If the buyer chooses to refuse and abandon the order, a refund will not be provided.
