Curious Beaver Returns Policy

You have the right to return all products you have bought from www.curiousbeaver.com for a store credit within 15 days of receiving them. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. When submitting your request ensure you include a brief explanatory note which includes your name, order number, and reason for return.

How to Return Your Items

Just simply fill up the request form  and state your order number, which products you wish to return and the reason for the return (it helps us to make our products better). Then we will contact you with the proper instructions.

Curious Beaver Complaint Policy

Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged products, please email customer@curiousbeaver.com and our team will assist you to resolve the situation. You will be provided with a replacement, refund or store credit on a case by case basis.
